Baby Star Program

Baby Stars is a gentle introduction to the water, created especially for babies aged 3 to 6 months. This beautiful first experience allows little ones to become comfortable and confident in the pool through calm, nurturing sessions. Set in a warm and relaxed environment, our program focuses on connection, trust, and early water familiarisation. The perfect beginning to a love of swimming.

Rainbow Star Program

Our Babies and Toddler Star Program is thoughtfully designed to nurture confidence, coordination, and water awareness from the very beginning. Through playful, skill-based activities, songs, and gentle games, children learn essential foundations for lifelong water safety all within a warm, engaging, and sensory-rich environment. Each lesson encourages connection, joy, and discovery, helping every child build a positive relationship with the water that will grow with them for years to come.

Our Yellow to Violet Star Program is designed to build independence and confidence as children transition from supported, to self-propelled swimming, to independent stroke development. With gentle guidance from our experienced instructors, young swimmers learn foundational strokes, breath control, and safe water practices through engaging activities. Each lesson blends structure with fun, fostering skill and confidence, as they develop along their swimming journey.

Our Advanced and Squad Program is designed for confident swimmers ready to refine their technique, build endurance, and develop a deeper understanding of aquatic movement. Each session combines expert coaching with a supportive, motivating environment — encouraging swimmers to reach personal goals while maintaining their love for the water. With a focus on stroke development, efficiency, and body awareness, this program inspires excellence, discipline, and pride — nurturing the next generation of strong, capable, and passionate swimmers.
